Advanced Malware Analysts, or AMA, is a non-profit group of forum volunteers who are trained to help users remove malware from their computer.

There are four positions in the group:

Malware Analyst Administrators
Malware Analyst (all are listed on the member’s page)
Malware Trainee (unlisted)
Malware Researcher (all are listed on the member’s page)

Malware Analysts are expert advisors who know what they are doing and are trained professionally. They must have one-month experience of helping users remove malware effectively from their computers.

Those who are trainees may not post to live users, but be guided under the teaching of an analyst. Trainees or potential analysts, must pass the test before they are allowed to be declared a Malware Analyst and be given full group membership.

There is currently one malware removal school employed for the Advanced Malware Analysts:

GeekPolice Academy – GeekPolice.net

Malware Researchers are researchers whom find malware, and prepare signature entries for Cheetah-Anti-Malware. Malware Researchers work on The Ultimate Geek TaskForce!, where also the Cheetah-Anti-Malware development group resides. You may join this group by sending a PM to Sneakyone or DragonMaster Jay on The Ultimate Geek TaskForce!
